I am Ajay Kumar, I am a heliophile, I love sunrise, sunsets and trekking mountains. I believe in the fact that we are the bodily accumulation of minerals and elements from space and earth. Thus, we are part of this planet. And it is our responsibility to make sure we don't give the ruins to our next generations. 

But the problem here is we don't know how to take care of our own body then how are we trustful enough to handle such huge biodiversity with millions of living creatures. Since we evolved from the early man we are known to be the most intelligent creatures but the sad thing is we stopped evolving and rather started destroying. I would like to address this problem through 'The Early Man'. I will share the knowledge enough to take care of our body and avail benefits from nature without harming it.
