On 21st June, 2020 the annular solar eclipse is going to take place from 9:15 AM IST to 3:03PM IST. This is the time where you would be able to see the ring of fire in the sky as the Moon will not be able to cover the Sun completely.

This amazing event can be witnessed from part of Africa, India, Pakistan and China.

There are certain things one should know and follow to get maximum benefits and avoid any unwanted conditions due to solar eclipse.

  1. Wear protective eye gear like special purpose solar filters or eclipse glasses to watch the solar eclipse without hurting your eyes due to harmful rays from Sun's ring of fire during eclipse.

  2. Do not eat or drink during the eclipse because when Moon comes between Sun and Earth, it releases radiations which are not good for our body.

  3. The radiations badly effect the food and give birth to bacteria which causes ill effects on our body when consumed, also during this time our metabolism and digestive system become weak.

  4. Use tulsi leaves to save cooked foods from bacteria because tulsi has anti bacterial properties that prevents bacterial growth.

  5. It's beneficial to sit straight and meditate or relax until the eclipse ends because during this time there is a high surge in energy around us with strong vibrations which when channalised in right direction can benefit us.

  6. You don't have to be worried with few beliefs that are concerned with pregnant women, since there are no scientific proofs yet to support the belief but it's better to stay indoors during the eclipse as it's a matter of just few hours.

Don't stress your self too much with facts, do's and dont's but just try to relax and stay indoors away from harmful radiations and COVID -19 during eclipse.
